Skyline Canada is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its clients, employees, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

We value the trust of those we deal with, and of the public, and we recognize that maintaining this trust requires transparency and accountability in how we treat the information shared with us.

During the course of our activities, we gather, use, and store personal information. Anyone from whom we collect such information should expect that it will be carefully protected.

• Solicitation of financial obligations for Skyline Canada

Personal Health Information from employees or sub-contractors is collected, used, and disclosed primarily to enable or support treatment, provide first aid, or secure emergency medical care.

Skyline Canada will obtain consent before using personal information for any purpose different from that for which it was originally collected.

PRIVACY PRACTICES

Personal information gathered by Skyline Canada is kept in confidence. Staff are authorized to access it only when needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was obtained.

Skyline Canada takes measures to maintain the integrity of this information and to prevent it from being lost, destroyed, or accessed improperly.

WEBSITE AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Skyline Canada uses password protocols and encryption software to protect personal and other information when services are requested or paid for online.

Our systems are routinely updated to maximize protection.

We use tracking technology (“cookies”) to collect information about how our website is used. Cookies record login details and store passwords.

Individuals who block cookies may still access the site, but certain features may not function as intended.

SKYLINE CANADA PUBLICATIONS, WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Skyline Canada requires consent before publishing or posting videos or images of identifiable employees or community members, and uses these materials only to promote Skyline Canada and its services.

Third parties uploading videos or images to Skyline’s website or social media channels must confirm they have obtained consent from identifiable individuals or their guardians (if minors). 

ANTI SPAM

Skyline Canada complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) at all times, including:

• Obtaining consent before sending emails or texts
• Managing and responding to unsubscribe requests
• Maintaining records of consent
   

We do not send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) without express or implied consent.
Each message includes sender identification, contact information, and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
